10 years in 10 projects. Reimagined by Chat GPT.

Last December, Indiandribble celebrated a milestone – our 10th anniversary. Our event was more than a party; it was a reimagining of our decade-long journey. Since 2013, we've been on an exhilarating rollercoaster of creativity, marked by award-winning ideas and 'under the radar' projects so powerful, that our clients had us sign a non-disclosure agreement after seeing the campaign results.

Reflecting on this journey, my associate Steven and I were struck by a fascinating question: how would these projects have unfolded if we had today's AI technology at our disposal? And even better, what would happen if we would receive these briefings in the near future? This curiosity led to an innovative experiment where we combined our creative prowess with AI's capabilities, re-envisioning 10 of our most memorable projects. The results were unveiled at a special breakfast presentation during our anniversary celebration.

Prompt up the jam

Our presentation deck, initially spanning 100 slides, is condensed below to a briefing of a few lines and our project proposals & video's. If you're intrigued, we're just a message away to explore this deck together.

1. BRANTANO

The original briefing : Brantano used to be a deprecated suburban shoe store chain. The new owner wanted to revamp all stores and was looking for a traffic building activation on their parking lots.

2. RECUPEL

Briefing : Recupel is in charge of managing the e-waste in Belgium. In 2016 their focus was still on recycling only. Strangely students were a target that was not very aware of this movement. We were asked to develop an activation to raise awareness amongst students and collect e-waste in this target.

3. POLESTAR

Briefing : In 2019, as a newcomer on the market, Polestar wanted to expand the possibilities of experiencing their premium electric cars. Our briefing : create test-drive events in premium locations and get (the right) bums in Polestar seats.

4. PAYCONIQ by BANCONTACT

Briefing : Back in 2018 the world was still sceptical of QR code payments. To create awareness, Payconiq sponsored plenty of music festivals. Our campaign helped turn this technology into a festival trendsetter, boosting app installs and usage.

5. COMPAGNIE HET ZOUTE

6. ALPRO

Briefing : Can you imagine in 2015 Barista’s were not familiar with plant-based products ? They didn’t like the taste and they couldn't get the same latte art results that the coffee bar clients were so fond of. We were commissioned to convince barista’s plant based drinks are a good option.

Our campaign on the left, AI on the right

Barista's like the real thing : black coffee. We created a book for Barista's that showed them how plant-based (and other) recipes could help grow their business, we ended up making the book in 5 languages. AI proposes plant-based workshops.

7. LE PAIN QUOTIDIEN

Briefing : Le Pain Quotidien has more than 200 bakeries all over the world. Their sourdough bread has only 4 simple ingredients : flour, water, salt and time. In 2022 we were asked to develop a worldwide toolkit for all franchisees and an umbrella campaign that puts bakery at the heart of Le Pain Quotidien.

10. GLENFIDDICH

Briefing : In 2022 we created L'Atelier by Glenfiddich in close collaboration with Oona agency. This platform creates a look behind the scenes of what’s cooking in the art world in Belgium. For 2023 the objective of L’Atelier was to create an exhibition that highlights how AI & Art come together.

Here’s to the future

We're curious what your thoughts are when seeing all of the above! As we wrap up this decade, reimagined through the lens of AI, we find ourselves at the dawn of a new era in creativity and innovation. Our journey continues to evolve, blending human creativity with AI's potential to create not just campaigns, but experiences that resonate on a deeper level.

Here's to another decade of breaking boundaries and redefining the norms of creativity. Let's keep this conversation going and see where the next decade takes us.

A warm thank you to all Indiandribblers who were part of this first decade, all of this wouldn't have been possible without you 💙

Bernard
