This I had to think of a lot when I changed my company colours from blue to green. It is 6 months ago that I started my new career. Time flies...
What a journey I had so far with Cleeng – every day an adventure of growth, learning, strategy, companionship, inspiration and yes… stress and challenges at times too …
Was the step to change my job from a global role in a 100+ year old IT pioneering multinational – an #incumbent - to a management position in an agile, globally acting european based #saas #scaleup an adventure and moved me out of my comfort zone? Most definitely.
Have I looked back with regret? Not a millisecond.
I love my job - I could not imagine a better place to be.
So many fantastic personalities in my team but also in Cleeng overall that inspire and surprise me with their professionalism, in depth knowledge, collaboration, agility and creativity every day. Nathalie Dela Cruz , Jessica Anguiano , Paula Aduana , Ruth Buan , Kyle Weaver , Kevin Parmley Michał Tuszyński to name a few (and sorry guys that I cannot list all 100 Cleengers here 😊)
I have the honour to help Cleeng to #transform and to build the #scalability needed to accommodate the fantastic growth the company experienced in the last years and that will further happen looking ahead – and that is just amazing.

I remember how I felt when I privately visited Cleeng at #IBC in Amsterdam in September 2022 – a few days before I officially joined the company. I was overwhelmed by the industry, by the new trends, the energy and the innovation I could see around me. At that time I felt like in Alice´s Wonderland to be honest and had no clue how I could recall everything I saw.
Next week I will be part of the team proudly representing Cleeng at our booth at #nab2023 in Las Vegas. (Needless to say my “first” NAB) We will meet many of our existing #customers and #partners and customers of the future, we will work hard, we will laugh and we will get inspired and inspire.
It is a pleasure to be a “Cleenger”. I am #grateful to be part of these inspiring people across the globe.
