  4. Subcontractors: Specialized workers or companies hired to perform specific tasks within the larger project, such as electrical work, plumbing, or HVAC installation.
  5. Critical Path: The sequence of tasks that determines the minimum time needed to complete the project. Delays in critical path tasks will delay the entire project.
  6. Risk Management: The process of identifying, assessing, and controlling potential issues that could impact your project.
  7. Change Order: A formal document that alters the original scope of work, often affecting the project's cost or timeline.
  8. Contingency: A reserve of time, money, or resources set aside to handle unforeseen circumstances.
