3 Tips for an Emergency Energy Boost

Are you dragging at work? Try one of these three tips for getting a fix of energy, fast.

1. Go for a walk. Just a 10-15 minute walk will give you a boost of energy--especially if you go outside into the sunlight.

2. Listen to your favorite upbeat music. This is one of the quickest, easiest ways to get an energy boost.

3. Clean up. There's something weirdly, disproportionately energizing about a clear desk surface. Getting clutter out of sight gets distractions off your mind. File, toss, sort, complete, mail--it's better than caffeine!
