Happiness isn't easily attained.

As I've written about before here on LinkedIn, it does not happen overnight. Happiness is a state you need to actively work on in order to maintain. In the past year, I've realized how happy I become when practicing gratitude. Since then, I've operationalized gratitude by writing hand written thank you cards every morning and discussing who we're all grateful for at the family dinner table each night. Inspirational quotes have also helped me (and my team at work) practice and achieve happiness.

Here's to finding more moments of laughter, celebration, reflection, stillness, pride, humility, connection, joy, and gratitude each day. Here's to finding more happiness each day. Here's to making today the best day of your life.
