I would like to say goodbye to this year from the gates of love in the hearts and the challenge of patience, we wait that emerging unknown that continues to test our ability to continue our human message in life, despite what has been said before.

Will we stay in our new year in a harmonious, cooperative, and loving?

I hope so.

Shall we look at a brighter sun in our new year?

Let’s be optimistic.

Something inside us is stronger, stunning and more beautiful, it is our sincere smiles, it is our real identity for continuing to be individuals, families, acquaintances and communities.

Shall our small problems and misunderstandings make us lose this concept?

Not at all.

My family is my identity! others see me across it, it is the reason to spread love wherever I go and in whatever I do, it is the one that draws my first straight step towards them and reminds me that satisfaction and success start from here.

To my big family (Dubai Link) I say:

Thank you all for bearing the challenges of this difficult year, I am aware that the scale of the challenges was huge and we had to bear it together, we all know how difficult this year was, but the hardest of all -our memory did not forget that period- when the air traffic was stopped, and how our work was difficult to promote some hotels locally according to the instructions issued by the official authorities regarding health care, so the common benefit was the greatest part of my targets. I were very keen to take the right decisions for us as individuals, and as big corporation that pays attention to the public benefit in the first place.

I value and appreciate your dedication and sincerity of your loyalty to Dubai Link and your efforts to do more, in order to overcome this difficult phase.

For our clients and business partners of GTE I say:

I know that 2020 wasn’t a successful year for both of us in terms of statistics and figures.
