3 Important Questions to Ask Yourself
Not a day goes by when someone doesn't message me asking "how do I land a job in this market?"
Wrong question.
What they should be asking is "how do I make sure that the majority of my applications lead to interviews?"
What are the systems you have to create?
Who is your ideal employer?
What are the methods of application?
Here is the tea:
👉There are active and passive modes of job search. Are you segregating them and applying for jobs?
Or are you just hitting on apply on every random opening?
Everyone wants to land that job. So MANY of them do!
How are you making sure that you are the right person?
👉Your ideal employer profile has this already in place to offer:
Great work culture
+ Great compensation
+ offer of Great growth
= A satisfying and engaged work experience
👉The systems you create are the reason for your sanity.
Sure the nuances are different in each scenario.
But do you seriously believe in LUCK and winging it when it comes to 100+ Job applications and 20+ odd interviews?
