3+1 Things Layoffs are teaching US

Layoffs are showing that we need more comfort and fitness than money alone.

Physical & Mental Fitness are a must for every corporate employee today.

1] Mental Fitness

If your mental fitness is in good shape, you will achieve your targets with extra confidence and momentum.

Otherwise, you will be replaced after sometime for sure

Because you will be making foolish decisions in front of your seniors & colleagues.

Or

You will resign from your position yourself after getting frustrated with the work you have been assigned to.

2] Toxic Workplaces

You need a happy place to work. Period.

Because of a negative company culture, many employees find no chances to grow.

Bureaucracy prevails.

And you leave the company.

You don't get to speak against it.

You get depressed and eventually, you leave the company yourself.

3] Office Politics ("Gossips")

When you join a company, you get the kind of people first who are critical to the company.

You get an option to leave those people

But who doesn't like gossiping. 😅

This makes a negative impact when you need a conversation with other stakeholders or when you need to take a decision on something.

This affects your targets and deadlines while reducing your efficiency.

If your company is paying you low

While

Treating you well

You must appreciate your work culture

And

Do Not

Leave the company for extra MONEY. (Conditions Applied**)

Because you can earn money anytime

But you will never be able to recover your mental fitness.

Special Tip: Layoffs are going to birth new entrepreneurs taking more risks and adventurous things for the world from making new treatments for ills to manufacturing of high-end devices to providing cost-effective digital marketing solutions and others.

Join a company after checking their social media pages, employee engagement stories, websites, 3rd Party Testimonials, etc.
