Why do you think you are better at your work?

Why do you think you are better at your work?

Have you calculated your factors which make you better at work?

Or is it just your gut feeling which is pressing you to make yourself one of the best employees at work?

This is the most common problem every corporate employee is facing today.

They think that they are doing better than their peers

But the companies are thinking otherwise

And this reflects when they don't recognize you through their awards or certifications

Or they appreciate your peers but not you.

I accept that communication and bootlicking are still working in someone's favor

But these 2 are not enough alone for someone who is not giving 100% productivity

So, the next time you are facing this crisis

Do this activity: Make a chart of what you are doing today

To what you have been doing since the beginning of this month

To what you have done so far for your company

To what is your next goal which brings more revenue to your company

Share those things with your team and CxOs

Try to share your thought process with them

If they are still not convinced with what you are willing to do for your company

You know the next best option is to open the new door

Only when you are sure that your idea will work for real.
