What do you mean by a 4h/week Million Dollar Coaching Business?

How cool would it be to coach clients for only 4 hours a week (or even less), and generate a revenue of $1m in under two years? 

This is exactly what I did when I started my coaching business back in 2018. 

I was coaching 1:1 all my clients, spending countless hours every day on zoom calls, I felt I was repeating myself over and over again. Helping them with the exact same problems... I was exhausted! 

The week that I went from overworking myself to only coaching 2 or 3 hours a week… I felt in heaven. 

Now I had time to grow my business, doing what I most loved doing while living the life I always dreamt about. And the best is that I was making an even bigger impact on my clients’ lives and businesses. At the same time, I was also increasing my prices, making more revenue than I ever thought possible. 


How long does it take to build a 6 Figures coaching business that way?

Following the same process that I teach today to all my clients, I made my first $100k in sales in under 7 months. After a year I had closed a total of $500k in revenue.

My best students today are able to generate way better results than I did back then. For example, Simon Pilon closed a quarter of a million dollars ($250k) in revenue in just 10 months!

I have gone through numerous coaching programs before and I never got any good ROI out of them, how’s that approach different?

Yeah! I hear you, I have been there too. Many times… Spent hundreds of thousands in programs that just led me to more frustration and overwhelm… I get it.

When is the best time to implement this strategy in your coaching business?

Not every coaching business may be ready right now to start implementing the 4h/week coaching strategy, but every coaching business is ready to start moving towards that approach.

On top of that, the reason business opportunities exist is because of transition periods. As one industry transforms into its next edition, it opens up the door for new businesses to come in, or old business models to transform. 

Right now the coaching industry is booming, in part because of the lack of regulations that limit it’s growth, but this won’t last forever. 

The Coaching Industry was valued at $15 billion in 2019, with a total market value of $7.5 billion in the United States. The market value is estimated to reach $20 billion by 2022, with an average annual growth rate of 6.7 percent from 2019 to 2022.

We don’t know for how long this trend will continue, but as technology and legislation evolve, industries and opportunities change. We live in the fastest-changing era in the history of humanity, and we should take advantage of it. 

Because of that fast-paced growth, what used to take a decade, now takes only a year, and what used to take a year now takes months or even days. New models are entering the markets and old models are forced out. This coaching business model is on its growth phase right now, and no one knows for how long it’s going to be like that.

The reason this is a critically important point is that at the time of writing this we are going through a transition period where: 

  1. Facebook ad accounts and profiles are being banned left and right due to the fact that there are 10,000,000 advertisers and “organic marketing gurus” abusing the social networks 
  2. Social media networks are getting increasingly strict about what types of businesses are allowed to operate because certain types of businesses affect the user experience on the platform. 
  3. “Funnelhackers” are copying your business overnight  
  4. The attention span of your ideal clients is decreasing due to an incessant amount of content on social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn… you name it!). Everyone wants in on the attention gold rush. 

Because ultimately there’s a lot of money in it and everyone wants a cut. All these things leave less room for error and create a need for a strategy that helps you step up your game fast. This is where the opportunity of knowing how to design a business and life using the free, readily available resources at hand comes into play. 

We could go on for hours on this topic showing examples of how Titans such as Blockbuster, Kodak, Blackberry, Nokia, and an endless list of companies, went from hero to zero because of changes in the marketplace. 

This is why the 4hours/week coaching model is allowing coaches and consultants all over the world to make millions TODAY, but we don’t know for how long. So the time to take action is NOW.


Why should you listen to me? 

I’m glad you ask! You see, when I decided I would build a coaching business, I did it because I wasn’t happy with the life I was living. The 9-5 formula was slowly killing me. I realized that it would never allow me to make the kind of Impact and Income I always dreamt about. 

I was hungry for more, I wanted to provide for my family, I wanted to give back, I wanted to change people’s lives while living my best life. And when I finally took the leap of faith and went all-in with my coaching business, my results went from 0 to multiple six figures in under a year. 

At one point I was making 6 figures per month… 

Serving clients all over the world, flying in business, and buying the expensive toys I never thought I could afford…

But no matter how much money I made… I wasn’t living the life I had envisioned for myself… I was a slave of my own creation…

I had to stop, the 9-5 I had left behind had turned into a 24-7 and my health and family were paying a toll… At that moment I came across a better way to grow my income and my impact. All while reducing by 15x the amount of work I was putting in every week.


So how does it work?

When millionaires and billionaires talk about how they make their money working SMARTER not HARDER, there’s a reason for it. 

The first concept you need to embrace is called “the specialist”. I know you’ve heard that before, but if you want to scale, make a massive impact and earn a massive income, you need to become the EXPERT.

This is easier than you think: We find out and leverage the skills that naturally set you apart from everyone else. This is your Superpower and we will use it to help you make a massive impact while having so much fun! 

Now, ask yourself: What is the thing (or things) your clients are most grateful for when they work with you? 

Then we go on to determine what do your best and most successful clients have in common, what defines them that we can use as a niche identifier? 

When you get clarity on your niche and the painful specific problem that you solve for them, the following become 10x easier: 

  • Easily find ideal clients that are willing to pay premium for your services.
  • Create content that attracts your audience like a magnet and makes them want to work with you.
  • Improve your delivery system so your clients keep getting better results week by week.
  • Increase your prices as you grow.

Now it’s time for you to create your Signature System using our “Ninja S.S. Builder™” and create your Kick-Ass content library. 

For that you don’t need a fancy e-learning platform or expensive resources, when I started I recorded a bunch of videos using zoom and my phone and I uploaded them into Google Drive.

When you hit your first six figures and have a steady stream of recurring revenue, you can safely invest in tech.

At this stage, all your current and previous clients should be in your paid Facebook group. You are building a community of like-minded individuals that are going through a similar journey. This adds an enormous amount of value to your current and future clients. Proximity is power! 

So now, when you enroll your next client they will be getting: 

  • Online training with a detailed blueprint to implement at their own time
  • Support through Group Coaching Calls (you can invite all your current and previous clients to fill the room when you first start)
  • 24-7 Online Community Support 
  • Your personal support through the community
  • Your 1:1 support (Give this to your premium clients as a BONUS or at an extra cost since they already have all the support above)

With this formula, you are adding 10x more value to your clients while minimizing the time you spend coaching and on 1:1 calls. 

What’s most important, when you have a group coaching program setup like that, you can enroll almost an unlimited number of clients, without increasing your workload. Now you have a highly scalable system.  

You then create a Premium Package that includes your 1:1 time at a much higher price, I would recommend no more than 1 hour a month since everyone will get access to all the support mentioned above.


Let’s make some numbers now, use this model as an example and change the numbers to fit your programs and goals: 

Programs and Pricing:

90 Days Group Program: $5,000

Premium Package: $12,000 x 6 months 1:1

Time Requirements:

Group Program 1,5h/week total

Premium Package: 1h/month per client

Yearly Sales Goals:

Group Programs: 20x$5,000  =  $100,000

Premium Package: 10x$12,000  =  $120,000

Total Revenue: $220,000

Total Coaching Hours/week: 4h

In the above example, you have a 90 days group coaching program that you sell for $5,000. You keep everyone in the online community and remove them from the group calls after 90 days. That way, you have an active and supportive community while keeping the group calls exclusive for those that are still engaged in the training. 

As a bonus, you can keep your clients in the group calls if they haven’t achieved the results they signed up for (include that as a result guarantee on the sales call). Let’s assume you can sell 20 in an entire year into this incubator/accelerator program, wish is a very conservative guess. 

A fraction of these clients will upgrade to your higher program and you will be able to upsell them easily since they are already your clients, the second sale is always much easier than the first one. You will also sell a portion of your initial buyers straight into your premium package, this is very common since many people prefer to pay for premium instead of starting out low. 

A very conservative assumption would be to sell a total of 10 people into your high-end program (including direct sales and upsells).

With these numbers and assuming you spend between 1 and 1,5 hours in your weekly group coaching calls and one hour a month coaching your 1:1 premium clients, you will be making $220,000 a year while coaching clients only 4 hours a week. 

Now let’s tweak these numbers and increase your prices as you keep adding more value. You can easily hit $500k or even $1m without adding any extra workload to your schedule. 

Remember that your 1:1 clients are getting not only your 1:1 time but also the group coaching sessions where they get to ask questions as well at no extra time for you.

So now, you are adding a TON of value to your clientele, getting them better results than ever before while leveraging your time in a way that allows you to keep growing your business, building the life you always wanted for yourself and your family. 

Remember, You do not raise to the level of your goals, You fall to the level of your systems.
