Quick thoughts... I think there's a lot that goes into creating a course: Creating that first course. Creating that course YOU'VE always wanted to create. Having some data that indicates there is an actual want on the part of potential buyers. Like people have said.... doing it right adding real value doing it alone. Lot's of challenges. My very best to all course creators.

One of the most difficult approaches that ruins the course build I've found is building it in isolation.

Yes I've seen amazing and not so amazing courses out there...and it all comes down to the strategy. The best ones were interactive, organized, and had purposeful teaching at their core. It's not just about, "I want to build a course," but more importantly, "how can I pose what I want to teach into digestable sections so that my students truly understand the material?"
