2wMy last name might as well be Flintstone. I use a yellow pad to capture all the To-Do's... Then move 3 over to a 3x5 card. Yellow pad stays on the desk (off to the side). 3x5 card moves with through the day to keep me on track. Get those 3 done...then look for 2 easy-ones as "bonus" tasks (because I'm such a hard worker!).

2wI agree, what happens is poor time and resource management which are both crucial to running any business. Also finding the right tool for you helps so much. They all offer similar things with some added extras so taking the time to explore them a little is great. Trying to keep everything in your head is a nightmare.
