500% more successful? More productive?Serious?

You can be 500% more productive.

Do you believe this?

Could you believe this for yourself, rather than just for others?

Would you like to be 500% more productive, and more successful?

Would you like to know how?

It is true and the proof comes in the form of a 10-year study by Cranston and Keller at #mckinsey, where they monitored the productivity of executives leading from a place of #FLOW....

This word 'flow' gets banded around like a silver bullet, which frustrates me.

What is it in simple terms?

A brain state (frequency) and state of harmony (alignment of your senses) which means focus becomes superhuman.

Do you need to be unique, different, or part of a small group of humans with superpowers to achieve this? Don't be daft! NO, we all experience flow at some stage, which means we can all harness it and bring it into our work life and eventually reach the golden 500% productivity output.

Cool huh!?

Yes, however...

It's not a silver bullet remember - Flow state is not a technique you can wheel out when you want and hey presto. It's more like an identity, it requires you to follow a process and, if you want to reach the lofty 500% productivity output you need commitment. Yep, big commitment. Daily commitment and a laser focus on the goal so you grow through the moments where you falter, fall, and fail. Because the journey to Flow like anything new requires us to learn and adjust.

It can be done with small daily commitments that shift your current mindset and behaviours. Eventually, after letting go and growing you will (I know this because I live this and teach this) start to tap into this wonderful world of the #superhuman and the #superperformer.

An ability to access flow regularly requires life adjustments, particularly to our habits.

Do you want to access your superhuman and become a superperformer? - If you do, flow is an important part of the equation.

To get started I suggest you do this:

  • Take stock of your current behaviours and habits.
  • Be honest with yourself and audit your life.
  • Where are you committed to growing and expanding?
  • Where are you stagnating or being mechanical, where are you living like a zombie?
  • Which habits likely sabotage your ability to do things for your greater good, or stretch you or that need a bit of courage?

Then sit down with a piece of paper and remember when you engaged with something that generated the following:

  1. 1) You lost track of time
  2. 2) You were #inthezone
  3. 3) You completely focused in on that one thing
  4. 4) Distractions become weaker than your
  5. 5) You feel a kind of rush (probably dopamine and other feel-good chemicals).

It doesn't matter that your experience of flow was when you were doing some sports, reading a romance novel or doing some gardening. Recognise you can and do enter flow - so you can believe in it.

Next, transition your ability to enter flow into your work-life - that's where the commitment comes in. Dedicating yourself to daily shifts that remove waste and add value until you create the superhuman.

Flow is a key part of my newly launched Superhuman: Beyond Peak Performance programme. A programme that helps you master your mind, manage your energy and leverage responsible AI to break through limits and into dreams.

Please share and comment on this article if becoming superhuman is something you want to achieve and sustain in life and work :)
