“Max" - from Humaxa - is the AI Assistant for Distributed Workforce Engagement & Performance. Humaxa offers the first-ever AI Assistant for distributed workforce culture. It chats with the workforce, predicts what will improve employee engagement & performance, and offers to initiate those actions for you. Humaxa’s technology is based on thousands of conversations with clients and employees trying to solve employee performance and engagement issues. Imagine a fun, interactive AI Assistant that chats with employees anonymously about all sorts of work topics. Let’s say the AI asks how a person feels about their professional development and the person tells the AI that they feel like their job growth is stalled out. The AI might offer to introduce that person to mentor or to a group of people discussing leadership development. Or let’s say an employee wants to talk, anonymously, about helping people from diverse backgrounds feel more included at work. The AI might offer to deliver recognition directly to a person who’s been overlooked in the past. (Just a couple of examples)
