7 Tips To Get Organic traffic on TikTok to increase sales for your brand:

If you want your TikToks to go viral every time listen up...

Here's a few things to keep in mind when you're trying to create organic traffic on TikTok to increase sales for your brand:

1. The Initial 5 Videos✅.

Initially once you've created your TikTok account, you don't want to use your first 5ish videos to be gibberish or some kind of collection of blind content. Tiktok will judge you based off of the first videos you post (since there's no other data to judge you from). These 5 videos will be the determining factor in your ranking in the future.

2. Theme Consistency✅.

What does this mean? It means make sure you're actually posting content thats relevant to your theme, your audience, your other videos, or you in general. If you run a supplement brand, don't post about fashion. Simple as that!

3. Keep Your Videos Short✅.

Your TikTok videos should not be a whole minute long. Keep them 10-15 seconds as a general rule of thumb. TikTok is an app designed with fast content, you will not compete with the algorithm by having lame 1 minute TikToks

4. The Tier System✅.

A lot of variable come in to play but you have a chance of actually shortcutting your way to virality when starting out.

  • Tier 1 - Initial distribution to 300-500 cold who have never seen your content before

  • Tier 2 - Distribution to another 3000-5000 new users outside of your current fanbase

  • Tier 3 - Distribution to larger audiences of 50k-1M users + content review

  • Tier 4 - Officially Viral on the FYP with over 1M+ views

This system is very useful to keep in mind, so feel free to write it down to track.

5. Don't Delete Videos✅.

TikTok doesn't like it when you delete videos. TikTok perceives deleting videos as indicative of unsuccessful content and penalizes this behavior, which can harm your chances of going viral in the future.

The only time you should feel deleting a video may be relevant is if your video is =/> 1% of your following.

6. More Visuals = More Viral Potential✅

This might sound wack, but seriously, TikTok loves videos that have a lot going on in the video (visually speaking).

If your TikToks are lame one themed, one image videos, the chances of them going viral is much lower.

7. The Video's Name, Description, & Hashtags Are Important✅

  • Use relevant and trendy hashtags

  • Mix creative hashtags with competitive ones

  • Develop your own hashtags

  • The more the merrier

--------------------------

  • Research Your Audience

  • Keep It Straightforward

  • Ask Questions

  • Keep It Relatable

A few additional good practices for going viral:

  • Have a clear distinctive beginning, middle, and end

  • Incentivize viewers to comment, like or follow

  • 6pm-12pm are the best time to post

  • (obviously) Use trending sounds

  • Videos that are part of a series or follow-up on a theme or idea generally do quite well
