How We Scaled This Brand To $130k+ in Less Than A Month ?

  • You find yourself dealing with a 'Typical Facebook Ad Agency' that remains entrenched in 2018 marketing strategies rather than adapting to the advancements of 2024.


This is a case study of a DTC brand that we onboarded back in Jan while it was barely doing $58,000/mo with an overall ROAS of 1.97


So It Started In January When we Onboarded This Wellness Brand :


JAN 2024 STATISTICS : 


Goal: Scale Their Sales & Increase the Overall R.O.I

· GEO: US & EU 

· Total amount of sales: 1,893

· Average Order Value: $33.65

· Ad spend: $29,760

· Average ROAS: 1.97 ≈ 197%

· Revenue: $58,709

The client's objective was to increase sales & scale up the store while

increase their Overall R.O.A.S


Strategy We Used To Achieve Such Results :

1. Ensure Omni channel presence if ad spent budget allows

Be there, where your customers’ eyeballs are - best marketing mantra

Don’t depend on a single channel: We used Tiktok/Google/Meta ads/Email marketing. Along with

these, we keep on experimenting with the platforms to find winners for the brand.


2. Leveraging winning ad copy and creatives with slight twist to give it a new look

Ensure that you always read & analyze past data for improving the performance of the account.

We used past winning video with new thumbnails to improve CTR thus better performance


3. Launching Adv+ audience and placement & campaign

Always launch one campaign which algo heavy. In this era of AI, let it do its job. Alot some budget to

ADV+ for proving itself and proving some good purchases at mind boggling CPA


4. Allot 20% of the budget on traffic & engagement campaign to retarget them heavily

After a while, it is important to allocate a certain proportion of the budget to build social proofing and

collecting data.This helps in heavy retargeting and increasing ROAS of the account. Previous ROAS

was below 1X and now it 2X +


5. Optimize only when require

Not doing anything in the account is also doing a lot of things. Having the skill & strategy and knowing when to optimize & when not, helps this account to boost a lot as uneven performance was

the issue with the account.


We worked closely with the team to create and execute the advertising campaigns while optimizing the entire funnel & using email marketing to add an extra 27% to the top line


FEB 2024 STATISTICS : 

We’ve generated 3,340 sales with an average transaction value

of $31.88.


The client had invested $36,240 in advertising, and this

investment yielded an impressive average ROAS of 350%,

contributing to the overall revenue of $130k.


We exceeded client's sales goals and scaled the store by over

122% in less than a Month


Our Goal is To Scale To $500k+ by the end of (Q2)
