Access4 Achieves Four Key ISO Certifications, Elevating Commitment to Excellence
Melbourne, 5 February 2024 – Access4 , the leading wholesale provider of voice and Unified Communication-as-a-Service (UCaaS) solutions, has proudly announced their achievement of four key ISO certifications. This reinforces the organisation’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, information and data security, and quality management across its management systems and everyday business processes.
Over the past 12 months, Access4 has undergone rigorous process management reviews and external audits in alignment with international standards. Notably, the achieved certifications include ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security management systems, ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management systems, and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety.
“Achieving these certifications reaffirms our longstanding commitment to not only comply with international standards but also the implementation of an industry-leading business management system focusing on quality, environmental responsibility, information security, and occupational health and safety – all of which will support our ability to achieve the gold standard in product development and ensure a culture of continuous business process improvement,” said Tim Jackson , Managing Director of Access4.
“In addition, being ISO compliant will support our focus on being able to attract and retain skilled employees, and ensure a sustained focus on partner, customer and supplier satisfaction.”
Access4’s journey towards ISO certification showcased its robust framework for product development, incorporating planning, design, and development processes. This approach involved comprehensive feedback workflows from industry-managed services partners, fostering a culture of continuous innovative improvement in product design and delivery.

With these certifications, Access4 solidifies its position as an industry leader, ensuring that core processes are meticulously documented and align with ISO standards. This includes a commitment to continuous monitoring, management, and improvement.
Being officially ISO-recognised enhances Access4’s capability to support partners in tenders within highly regulated industries. It also positions the company to explore new initiatives, improve resilience, and enhance process efficiency across all operations.
“Today, it’s more critical now than ever for organisations to proactively secure their IT environments, as well as outward, customer-facing systems, and effectively comply with regulations and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001,” says Lesley Smith , Access4’s Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel.
“Ultimately, we’re now better able to support customers which require partners they can trust in people, process and technologies in an increasingly uncertain global economic and geopolitical environment.”
“These third-party audits (and subsequent certification) conducted by an external and independent auditing body across data security as well as OH&S, quality and environmental management, are a testament to the many hours of work we’ve done to make this happen and will further empower and motivate our teams to collaborate, support growth, reduce risk and enhance productivity,” Jackson concludes.
Congratulations, Access4! 🌟👏 "Quality is not an act, it is a habit," wisely noted Aristotle. Your dedication to excellence across multiple standards truly embodies this philosophy. Keep soaring to new heights! 🚀 #ExcellenceInAction
