The northern region accounts for 30% of the country’s factory supply but has higher rental costs, averaging US$5 per square meter per month. Significant government investment in transportation, warehouse, and seaport infrastructure is essential to meet market demands. There is also a push for more flexible planning of industrial zones and streamlined land use conversion processes.
