They are seeking an experienced, driven, and strategic CEO to lead the 30 staff and 60 volunteers at AUKE with great passion and energy. It was established in 1970 when two old almshouse charities, the John Harrison’s Hospital founded in April 1653 and the Mary Potter’s Hospital founded in April 1728, merged to form the Harrison and Potter Trust. In 1972 a third charity, the Josiah Jenkinson’s Pension Charity founded in May 1905, was taken under the wing of the Trust and subsequently fully amalgamated.

Age UK Richmond upon Thames , dedicated to improving the lives of older people in their community, delivers a wide range of services, which include a mixture of ‘on-demand’ services, commissioned services and social and community activities. They also work extensively in partnership with a wide range of other local charities in the Richmond area.
