Agentic AI for Real Estate
TAISK Labs has been busy working with estate agencies, both residential and commercial. We have built and deployed a range of agentic solutions.
So why is agentic AI so popular with estate agents?
Firstly, agentic AI is a productivity powerhouse. By automating routine tasks like scheduling viewings and managing paperwork, it frees up agents to focus on what they do best - building relationships and closing deals.
Personalisation is another game-changer. AI can analyse customer preferences and behaviour, matching buyers with their dream homes more efficiently than ever before. This not only improves customer satisfaction but also speeds up the sales process.
For one company we built an AI agent that looked like a chatbot, but was instead able to share a vast amount of information, including files about a property on their website.
For website visitors, the AI would look just like any other chatbot, but when they start interacting with it the experience was very different. Users could ask for the latest reports, schedule viewings and get web comparisons. In other words, visitors got the information they needed faster and the estate agent was able to get better qualified leads with no effort.

Perhaps most exciting is the predictive power of AI. By crunching vast amounts of data, it can forecast market trends and property valuations, giving agents a competitive edge in a volatile market.
For another company, on the commercial side. We needed to develop a solution - made up of three AI agents working together - that could analyse vast amounts of inbound quote requests and respond in kind.
The challenge here was that the format of the requests were not uniform. Different companies requiring quotes, shared information in different ways. Some were in the emails, others in attachments. The first agent was responsible for capturing key information.
The second agent would then fill-in any missing information from the companies existing database and web searches. Once all the necessary information was captured it would search the company's contact list and assign the best placed agent. The final agent would populate the response - determining what the appropriate fee should be. Draft and send.
"What a team of people spent all day doing is now almost entirely autonomous. It's a game changer!"
These are just a few examples of the agentic AI we have developed in property. Perhaps they resonate, or they have inspired you to think about your own processes in your business?
