I think a good starting point could be to remember the 12 principles of the Agile Manifesto. For me, they are a good _outcome_ of the mindset that let emerge the principles.
There might also be others who don't refer to agile principles and practices, but try to explain it via the (literal) meaning of agility.
Additionally, it's always a good idea to remember the principles of Kanban, Kaizen, TPS and the Shu-Ha-Ri model. Share and reflect together on each and every single principle and practice - the outcome is a shared mental model, bound to your organisational context.
There is no single silver bullet - not even in Agile.
