All feelings are generated internally
All feelings are generated internally. Think about it, pun intended.
From a young age, we are taught to believe that our emotions are influenced by external factors. We are conditioned to think that a simple object, like a teddy bear, has the power to imbue us with feelings of love, safety, and security. This conditioning shapes our understanding of how emotions are formed and leads us to seek external sources for our emotional well-being. Our emotions are self generated. It is important to recognize the role of internal processes and personal experiences in shaping our emotional responses, rather than relying solely on external influences. Believing anything external can have so much power and control over you is limiting, and you're at the mercy of it to say the least.
By expanding our understanding of emotions, taking ownership of your emotions, living how you want to feel in every moment we can develop a deeper sense of self-awareness, emotional resilience, emotional intelligence, and emotional freedom!
When we feel a negative emotion, and use it as evidence that there’s something wrong with us, that keeps us stuck.
Want to feel love, joy, happiness, (insert any other positive feeling) more often? You can and you will if you believe and understand how to generate it.
If you believe your feelings come from external things, you're going to live a life full of suffering.
Positive feelings are like a powerful generator within us, much like a power plant generating electricity from within rather than seeking it from external sources. It is within our control to decide which emotions we want to experience on a daily basis.

The quality of your life is the quality of your emotions.
By focusing on how you want to feel, you are actively engaging in a form of visualization that allows you to create vivid mental images that impact your sensory experience. This practice enables you to immerse yourself in the desired feelings, allowing them to permeate your entire being. As you continue to cultivate this awareness and intention towards your emotions, you are effectively harnessing the power of your mind to shape your reality and manifest your desires. Embrace the transformative potential of this practice and allow yourself to fully embody the emotions you wish to cultivate.
Even if you're not following the Olympics, there are still images and small clips that show you the top performing athletes doing mental fitness exercises to stay in top mental and emotional states of mind. If you don't have some sort of ritual or practice throughout the day, you're missing out. This may be one of the missing pieces that could transform your life.
To truly cultivate a positive mindset that withstands the challenges of life, it is important to move beyond mere surface-level practices such as toxic positivity, chants, and affirmations. While these methods may provide temporary relief or motivation, they often fall short when faced with the complexities and hardships of real life. Instead, it is essential to focus on developing a deeper understanding of yourself, how your mind, thoughts, and consciousness create your reality. Building resilience, and practicing self-care on a consistent basis. By nurturing a strong foundation of positivity and self-awareness, we can better navigate through the ups and downs of life with grace and strength. Remember, true positivity is not just a fleeting moment of optimism, but a lifelong journey towards inner peace and fulfillment.
It is important to feel the emotions you want to feel deeply, passionately, and with unwavering conviction in order to truly understand and appreciate the meaning behind them. Practice daily throughout the day, be intentional, and do your practice while life is in action. Each individual may have a unique interpretation and connection to these emotions, so it is essential to explore and embrace what they mean to you personally.
