Welcome to this week's episode of American VW. VW stands for Volkswagen and this is my exploration into the Volkswagen brand and the world's fascination with automobiles. 

I originally started to think about the quirky  features of cars after stumbling across the whimsical video below. Consider this post as an inside joke. GET IT?

"Celebrate year-round picnicking with our neat storage solutions and chilled glove box" the poster of this Volkswagen Golf video wrote. A chilled glove box? Who would have thought? Can we fit all our readers in one of these? At the same time?

Cadillac's 2013 XTS has a hidden dashboard storage compartment with a USB port. Just say "Open Sesame!" and charge your smart phone.

I love it! A car that comes with umbrellas and a built-in drainage system. SKODA Superb
