This week, we are officially bringing onboard two Partners into our New Zealand Fractional Directory ecosystem: Swaytech and Home Recruitment, each of which are strongly value aligned to our north star of helping create more Fractional jobs to support Kiwi CEOs and Founders.
When we built the Directory, we knew that providing information to businesses was only going to be the first step. Creating deeply established, trusted partners who have experience solving the specific challenges New Zealand innovators & executives face is how we ensure that our growing talent pool of Fractional Leaders will be qualified into jobs that are a strong mutual fit between them and the companies looking for their skillset.
