Celebrating our B Corp Birthday

Celebrating a Year of Sustainable Success: IT Naturally Marks One Year as a Certified B Corp

IT Naturally is celebrating one year as a Certified B Corp

It’s our B Corp Certification 1st birthday already!

This past year has been filled with incredible achievements, from being featured in The Big Issue (a fellow B Corp) to winning Employer of the Year at the 2023 Growing Business Intelligence Awards.

But we're not stopping there!

We're setting ambitious goals to further enhance our sustainability efforts and drive even greater change in the years to come.

“I am so proud to share with friends and colleagues that IT Naturally is a B Corp and that we are recognised as taking the environment seriously, looking after our people well and are simply striving to be the best we can. In a very busy MSP market it really differentiates us from most other MSPs. As with anything that’s worth doing it is not always easy, but definitely worth it. Being a B Corp says we operate with integrity, and we can be trusted which I love.”

Richard Gardener, CEO IT Naturally

“It’s brilliant being a B Corp, I love that we now have a badge to confirm we are who we say we are.  It positively affected our recruitment process, as people already know the type of company we are before they apply. People we have taken on in the past year have even said they have joined because of the certification. We are now focusing on the future and how we can improve. We are currently working on our supply chain to reduce carbon. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone thinking about starting their B Corp journey to go for it.”

Julie Bishop, CEO IT Naturallly

At IT Naturally, we're proud to be part of the Better Business Act Coalition, a group of forward-thinking companies advocating for a cleaner, greener, and fairer future.

As a certified B Corp, aligning with this initiative was a natural choice, as it perfectly reflects our commitment to using technology as a force for good.

The Better Business Act aims to amend UK law, ensuring that every company puts people and planet at the heart of their purpose. By supporting this bill, we're working towards a future where businesses prioritise their impact on society and the environment alongside financial success.

Our Commitment to Social Responsibility: A Year of Impactful Partnerships including the Wombles!

IT Naturally committed to donating 1% of pre-tax profits to charity when we launched in 2019. We are delighted to have once again delivered our promise in our last financial year.

At IT Naturally, we're passionate about making a difference in the world around us. It's not just about providing top-notch IT support; it's about using our skills, resources, and time to create positive change in our community and beyond.

Over the past year, we've had the privilege of partnering with some incredible organisations that are doing amazing work. From supporting local charities like Little Miracles Charity and Goldhay Arts to joining forces with the Marine Conservation Society for beach clean-ups, our team has been dedicated to giving back and making an impact.

Planning for Windows 10 end-of-life

Still using Windows 10? Read this!

Microsoft has confirmed that Windows 10 is reaching its end of life in October 2025.

So what does that mean for you?

Because Microsoft will no longer provide security updates, patches, or technical support for Windows 10, it could leave your systems vulnerable to potential security risks and compatibility issues.

The good news is by planning your migration strategy now, you can reduce risks like software incompatibility, data loss, and that pesky downtime.

Not to mention it also gives you plenty of time for thorough testing and staff training!

At IT Naturally, we understand that upgrading to a new OS can be daunting.

That’s why we’re all about simplifying the process and making it as seamless as possible for your business.

We can work closely with you to assess your unique needs and develop a tailored migration plan that minimises disruption and maximises efficiency.

So don't wait until it's too late!

Get in touch with us today to discuss your Windows 10 upgrade strategy.

How not to fall foul of Google and Yahoo’s new anti-spam measures

Have you noticed that your emails are being rejected by Google and Yahoo or increasingly landing in Spam or Junk folders?

That’s because the email giants’ bulk sender rules were implemented on the 1st of February and strengthened on the 1st of April.

May was the last month for your business to comply and avoid the negative impact of email rejections you might experience from June when all sender rules become mandatory.

Read all about how this could affect your business and what you need to do in this article from our partner Sendmarc: https://lnkd.in/eBegK8hE
