The ManpowerGroup Germany is participating in a project of the LIA
(Landesinstitut für Arbeitsgestaltung) in North Rhine-Westphalia/Germany. The main idea is to develop an APP that allows employees to monitor their stress levels individually. I like the name of the project because the differentiation between work and life is of no use for an individual to determine a stress level. The root causes can be found in the job, or in private or in both together. This APP will be more than a "fitness-tracker", because it will give advice and recommend todos, if ..... The concept is on its way and expect more to read about this exciting project in Q4 2016.
