Control the process

Our members guide the advice and direction of their mastermind sessions when they bring their pressing questions to the table. What we’ve discovered over the years is that themes come up across all the sessions and June was no exception. We have given the sales process a lot of attention recently.

If you’ve had a sneaking suspicion that it’s taking longer to secure the sale, then you aren’t wrong.

Our top tip for anyone struggling with securing the final sale is to control the process.

This means finding out who else may be involved in the sales, whether that’s a boss, a partner, or the person who controls the budget. Whoever it is, make sure you are on the phone or in the room with them when any decision is being made.

As much as you can, make sure anyone in the decision-making process knows you, your business and how your service will make a difference. This way you’re leaving as little as possible to chance.

From feeling like an employee to employing a team – 2 years with VA Diamond

When Paddy White joined BBB, she felt like she’d swapped employment for another boss with her only client. Paddy jumped into Success Groups with both feet, turning up with energy to all the sessions, following the process and doing the work.

And the progress shows.

In the space of two years Paddy has gone from that single client to increasing her revenue by 158% and employing a team. It hasn’t been easy. Like many businesses, Paddy had to negotiate a COVID crash and all the challenges that come with being an ambitious business owner, but she has recently graduated to Build Plus. WE look forward to everything the future has in store for Paddy and Virtual Diamond.
