right now, many people around the globe are thinking about how we will all return post Corona in a new work environment. We at #GS1-Germany are also thinking about our #better:back together.
Personally, I believe in strong principles rather than rigid rules.
I work ...
- where I am most effective for my customer,
- where I can best collaborate with my colleagues and
- where I personally find my optimal working environment.
My experience shows that discussions often unfortunately go differently:
For example, the other day at the neighboring table 😊
Question: How often do I have to come to the office? already the question sounds strange ?!
Answer: At least two days a week. The answer also sounds helpless as well!
For me, it is and remains solely a question of #leadership and #attitude and not of technology and processes.
