One of the best things you can do to improve yourself is to Believe in yourself.
Today, I want you to promise yourself, that from today onwards, YOU MUST BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.
That you are capable of doing anything.
I am sharing this method with you which I use myself on many occasions to solve problems and become positive.
Do not doubt yourself.
When you think about doing something, make sure doubting yourself is NOT your first step. Don’t start anything with a doubt. In fact, it should never be an option.
Don’t start by saying: “I don’t know if I can do it.” “I don’t think it is possible.” “I doubt if it can be achieved.” “We’ve never done it before, so ….”. “Suppose, …..”
You may tell me, “It is easy to say but …. “
Believe me, I have come across many ‘naysayers’ in my life and they have not changed.
Never ever say these words to yourself.
Believe me, when I say I have changed, I have used the method which I am sharing and it has produced results, Positive Results. And I want you too to produce results by just changing the way you think.
How do I do that?
First, start by closing your eyes, sit in a relaxed position and slow down your thoughts. Don’t try to stop them. Just slow them down by taking slow deep breaths.
Second, tell your inner self that you CAN make things happen. Strongly believe that you can do it.
Some affirmations that you can use:
• I can do this
• I am a problem solver. I focus on solutions.
• Focus on how it can be done.
• With every breath you take, say to yourself: “I inhale confidence and exhale fear.” When you exhale, let go of your fears, feel the tension being drawn out from your body.
• I am flexible, I can adapt to any obstacles that come in my way. To me, obstacles are just something I have to overcome to achieve my goals.
• There is always a solution to any problem. A problem cannot exist without a solution. I have to find that solution.
• I am determined, nothing can stop me from moving forward. Nothing can stop me from finding a solution.
Why should I do this?
Only when you have convinced yourself that anything is possible, you can then begin to examine the things you need to do to make things possible. Now you can and will find a solution to any problem.
Believe in Yourself.
