What's in it for you if you learn to create 10X value?

Anyone new to the 73bit's culture and hearing about the 10X Growth will ask, "What's in it for me?" It's a fair question.

The transactional answer is simple

1. Clients get value for the purchase they make
2. 73bit makes good profits due to the delight
3. People who contributed to the value get a bonus

This is the same as getting paid for regular sprint work.

X input goes in, and Y value is created.

The year you don't contribute to the value, You don't get a bonus that is good enough.

OR

Some teammate makes a blunder. The team bonus amount gets impacted.

However, the real value for the team member is beyond it

A) You cultivate a growth mindset

B) You see opportunities everywhere

C) You become a value creator

What this really means to you is
