Bigger Isn’t Waiting for You—It’s Waiting on You

Bigger Isn’t Waiting for You—It’s Waiting on You

It’s Friday, the end of the week, and maybe you’re feeling the weight of everything that’s happened (or didn’t happen) over the last few days. Maybe you crushed your goals, or maybe you fell short. Either way, here’s something you need to hear: You are built for bigger.

Now, I know what you’re thinking. “Bigger? I’m barely managing what I have right now.”

That’s the counterintuitive part.

The very thing you think is holding you back—the stress, the uncertainty, the frustration—is actually preparing you for the next level.

But here’s the catch: You can’t grow into bigger if you keep thinking small.

So, let’s flip the script.

What if the challenges you’re facing are a sign that you’re on the brink of something greater?

What if the setbacks aren’t there to stop you but to strengthen you for the journey ahead?

You’re not supposed to stay stuck where you are. You’re supposed to expand, to stretch, to grow.

Here’s how to start thinking bigger, right now:

  1. Stop settling for what's familiar. We often stay in situations that feel comfortable because we know them. But comfort is the enemy of growth. Challenge yourself to step into the unknown and watch how you start to rise.
  2. Own your challenges. Every obstacle you’re facing is an opportunity in disguise. Instead of avoiding the hard stuff, lean into it. Ask yourself, “What’s the bigger lesson here? How can this make me stronger?”
  3. Act as if you’re already there. Start showing up today like the bigger version of yourself. The one who handles pressure with grace, takes bold steps, and doesn’t shrink when opportunities come. Embody that mindset now, even if you don’t feel “ready.”

The truth is, you don’t grow in the comfort zone.

The discomfort, the pushback, the long days—they are all preparing you for the bigger things you were built to handle.

It’s not about waiting for the perfect moment. It’s about realizing you are already equipped for what’s coming next.

And since it’s Friday, I want to challenge you to reflect on this: What’s one area in your life where you know you’ve been playing small? Is it in your career, your personal goals, or even your mindset?

Take some time this weekend to think about how you can start showing up for the bigger vision that’s calling you.

💎If this resonated with you, I want to hear about it. Drop a comment, like, or share this with someone who needs that reminder today. Help me spread the word that we are all built for bigger, and it's time to step into it.

Your bigger future starts now—don’t wait for Monday.

What comes to mind when I read this message is “What’s the end game or have the end in mind”? What’s really my purpose, why do I wake up every morning and go to work? Am I working just to collect a check, to prove to whoever that I can do what I get paid to do, or is there something bigger? Why do I do the things I do? What goal am I aiming to accomplish when I wake up and start my day? So much to consider. I believe by unpacking all of this will it will help me to focus and achieve those big goals.

I feel this to my core. For so many years I’ve been held captive. Waiting for outside validation, but I’m embracing the shift and seeing a bolder, happier version of myself.
