Last month I decided to bring back the newsletter.

This month I read an article about the LinkedIn algorithm updates, one of which said newsletters will keep growing, as they want to compete directly against other platforms in that space. 👏

We will see how that shapes out here this year, but for this month, we're turning up the heat with more insights, laughs, and real-talk to keep you at the top of your game. And don't worry, there's something for everyone here, so sit back, relax, and read on.

Use laughter as a litmus test. Let's make the stressful process of job hunting a bit more bearable for everyone involved. It's about showing candidates the human side of hiring, proving that professionalism doesn't have to be devoid of personality. A good laugh might just be the secret ingredient to building stronger, more meaningful connections with candidates.

Bottom Line:

Search out new tools and have lots of conversations. Ask questions! It's how you find the next best thing. Remember to laugh a bit every day. I promise it will work wonders for your business. And keep leveling up - if you didn't learn anything new today, you wasted the day... and I promise you will always learn something new by hanging with me on Fridays.
