Bridging the menopause gap!
After reading about their survey of 3,000 menopausal women in the workplace, I felt compelled to speak with their CEO, Hannah Strawbridge, about finding a way to bridge the gap between employers and employees, when it comes to menopause support.
We discovered we have the same goal - to ensure that the 85% of women who feel uncomfortable discussing their menopause-related struggles at work no longer face this issue.
This new partnership will combine Han Law’s employment law and HR services with Menospace’s menopause-specific expertise.
