The resistance strain Inline Load Cells is a resistance sensor with a resistance strain gauge as a conversion element. The resistance strain sensor Tension Links is composed of an elastic sensitive element, a resistance strain gauge, a compensation resistor and a shell, and can be designed into a variety of structural forms according to specific measurement requirements. The elastic sensitive element is deformed by the measured force and deforms the resistance strain gauge attached to it. The resistance strain gauge then converts the deformation into a change in resistance value, which can measure a variety of physical quantities such as force, pressure, torque, displacement, acceleration, and temperature.

1.What is a Inline Load Cell

The #TensionandCompressionLoadCell is also called the resistance strain sensor, which belongs to the miniature Inline Load Cell series. It is a device that converts the physical signal into a measurable electrical signal output. It is widely used in industrial weighing systems, platform scales, electronic scales, hook scales, batching scales and other force measurement occasions.

The tension and pressure sensor #InLineThreadedForceSensor is based on the elastic body, and the resistance of the sensor Miniature Threaded In Line Load Cells is changed by the resistance piece on both sides of the sensor Female Threaded Miniature Load Cell, and then converted into an electrical signal by the corresponding circuit, so as to realize the subsequent control. Its advantages are high accuracy, wide measurement range, long life, simple structure, and good frequency response characteristics.

2.Working principle of pull pressure sensor Threaded Miniature Load Cell

The principle structure of the tension and pressure sensor is based on the characteristics of external fixation force measurement, and adopts a resistance strain type force sensor #Inlineloadcell with mature technology and low requirements for measurement circuits. The elastic body of one of the key components of the sensor #Inlineforcesensor adopts an S-beam structure, as shown in Figure 1. When under pressure P, the bending moment diagram of the upper side beam at the opening in the middle of the elastic body shows that the bending moment along the X axis changes from negative to positive, while the bending moment of the lower side beam at the opening is opposite. Choosing the appropriate patch position and bridge assembly method can not only offset the lateral force output, but also the change of the force application point will not affect the measurement result, which is necessary for the measurement of external bone force. The design of the elastic body of the sensor Inline Tension Link Load Cell is mainly the selection of the length|, thickness h, width b of the sensitive part and the rigidity of the just-connected part. It is necessary for the sensor Rod End Load Cells to be small in size, with good linearity and suitable sensitivity, but also to make the rigidity of the just-connected part large enough to not produce free rotation under the action of the force #ThreadedRodLoadCell.

3.Application and advantages of pull pressure sensor In Line Threaded Rod Load Cell

4:The Disadvantages of tensile type load cell

Its disadvantage of #InLineLoadCells is that it has greater nonlinearity and weaker output signal for large strains, but certain compensation measures can be taken. Therefore, it is widely used in automatic testing and control technology.

The resistance strain gauge in the sensor #InLineTypeLoadCell has the strain effect of metal, that is, it produces mechanical deformation under the action of external force, so that the resistance value changes accordingly. Resistance strain gauges are mainly divided into two types: metal and semiconductor. Metal strain gauges are divided into wire type, foil type and thin film type.
