Picture this. Christmas Party 2025 (I know I shouldn’t use the C word in July but forgive me) you’re reflecting back over the year over a glass of champagne. How do you want it to have looked? Do you want to be where you are now, doing the same thing but with just abit more revenue. Yes you’re valued but can you look back, smile and say ‘i did that’.
In an ideal world when we look back we’ll have opened a new office, based at what feels like a stately home in Lichfield, offering convenience near the train station whilst in a beautiful setting overlooking a lake. Amazing in the summer and with frost on the trees when it’s cold it’ll look like a winter postcard.
You’ve 5-8 trainees who are well on their way in their recruitment journey, all because of you. We’ll have expanded our clientbase and cemented our relationships with current clients as the absolute go-to business.
You’ll have had a real impact and a say in almost everything, who you hire, how you structure the training, the working hours etc just not the colour of the walls- they’ll be success yellow..
Aside from the satisfaction of growing something from nothing, financially we’d expect the business to have made a small profit by the end of 2025, by the end of 2026 we’re aiming for a £1m branch. With the right person there’s no reason this can’t happen.

We want someone who knows recruitment like the back of their hand, can evidence success themselves, can hire graduates and train, develop and crucially- mentor them. As you’ll know recruitment isn’t plain sailing so hand holding is needed when the sea is choppy..
With 7 years trading we have an enviable clientbase, over 300 5* google reviews, a dedicated training manager in Leicester and want to replicate our model in the West Midlands. We aren’t looking to hire experienced people set in their ways. We have a proven formula which works!
We have the best systems which all work in sync. Lots of experience in the business which can be shared. We have an internal recruiter to help you find the people, someone focussing on CSR for the community aspect and a marketing team to push the brand locally.
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years experience in recruitment, management and leadership experience is key.
