My team has worked on all of them successfully, providing clear and long term solutions. We are sharing these with you.


Despite the best of intentions, your change and transformation efforts seem to run out of steam and don’t reach beyond a certain point.

Yep, it sounds familiar. We have specific expertise in ‘rescuing’ projects to maximise the return on that investment you’ve made.  Don’t need to settle for the ‘half done’. It can be done successfully.


Internal communications programmes seem to have limited effects, despite using the best possible technologies or deployment.

Recalibrate!  We will upskill the team to transform it into a truly modern Comms programme using behavioural change techniques embedded into a comms activity. There is no change unless there is behavioural change. And, yes, communication has limitations. Communication is not change.


Following a great effort, leadership and management teams are now more functional and aligned, but it does not seem to make a great difference to the business.

Internal alignment at the top is good news, and you should celebrate it, but making it all live beyond the top layers of leadership is the trick. We have solutions for that scale-up. Don’t settle for an improved top management.


You want to build internal capabilities for change or transformation, so it doesn’t feel like it’s all starting again with each challenge.

That is great thinking. We specialise in taking you from change to change-ability. That is the trick and where the real ROI resides.


You have identified the fault lines of your culture with more or less consensus, but it’s not obvious what exactly to do next.

This is because there may be multiple ‘doors’, and choosing the most effective interventions is real strategy. This is what we do with our Culture Strategy offering. Companies usually do have ‘strategies’ (eg. Manufacturing, markets, HR…) but ‘culture strategy’ tends to be missing.


There is a plethora of initiatives in the company, each of them competing for airtime, but there is not a real sense of what may unify them; the staff is confused.

No consolation, but you are not alone! There will be ‘unifiers’ but chances are that they sit underneath, as common behavioural solutions. That is our daily territory. Only behaviours are the real glue


The key organizational problems have been identified, each with a potential solution, all together it is a bit overwhelming.  

Chances are you don’t have 20 problems that require 20 solutions (and 20 consultants) but a few underlying problems with synergy in solutions. We know how to navigate that situation and reach for core solutions that bridge many problems at once


The top of the company is well aligned, so are the two or three hierarchical layers down. There have been multiple workshops. But altogether this is a small percentage of staff. How to reach them all? .

The issue here is one of understanding scale. Large scale is not small scale repeated several times. Our expertise is in the large-scale change that is not based on small additions. There are clear ways via ‘social copying’, or you will soon run out of bodies to ‘convice’.


You have called in volunteers and ‘influencers’ but their engagement is disappointing and fades quickly.

It’s not a small problem because you are already using a precious asset. Our bottom-up solutions will address that and make sure you rescue the situation. There are several ways, but don’t let that community fade


You have crafted values and behaviours well and shared widely with the organization. You want to make them live for all, but somehow there seems to be a disconnect between the goal and the real effect.

Rational and emotional understanding are  unfortunately no guarantee of spread. Some of our programmes are often called ‘Values in Action’ because they translate those into day-to-day significance for people. ‘Values on the wall’ (or in ppt) in 2024 makes no sense
