About the UPG Sustainability Leadership Program

UPG’s movement empowers citizens to take action for a sustainable future, covering environmental initiatives and social issues like education, health, and job opportunities. Inspired by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this program equips over 500 young adults worldwide each year to lead positive change.

Benefits

• Online Training: All 500 participants receive comprehensive, cost-free training.
• Certification: Graduates will be certified as UPG Sustainability Leaders.
• One-Week Immersion: Fully funded trip to Maine, USA, for selected participants, covering training materials, accommodation, meals, and round-trip flights.

Eligibility

This program is open to:

• Individuals passionate about sustainability in any area—from jobs and education to oceans and energy.
• Both experienced and new sustainability advocates.
• Applicants from any region, aged 18-35 as of March 1 – July 31, 2025.
• All levels of educational backgrounds.
