Canadian Writings Review (2024): Is Canadian Writings Legit?

They said they got an advertisement or something for it and were wondering if the service was worth trying out. Canadian Writings Review: Ordering Experience

To start my Canadian Writings review, I visited their website and looked for information about their writers.

Here is what they claim about their writers.

As you can see, they have you believing they vet their writers to the highest degree, offering you premium writing for your paper. Sounds great, right?

Well, stay tuned because their claims start to look awfully fishy. 

Canadian Writings asks for your project information and then takes you to checkout. They do not let you talk to any writers or pick your own. They assign one for you. Sketchy!

I couldn’t believe it. A writing service that doesn’t even allow you to talk to their writing team until AFTER you pay? What are they hiding?

It’s super important that you have the chance to ask writers questions before paying to ensure you choose the right one. That’s why over here at Killer Papers, we let you talk to multiple writers who review your project details before offering a price.

Canadian Writings Team: You Can’t Pick Your Writer?

Despite claims from Canadian Writings that they’re staffed by the best the world of academic writing has to offer, it’s pretty obvious they’re hiding who their writers really are. After all, they don’t let you talk to writers until after you pay.

On top of that, they have these outlandish claims that they have polled “thousands of students” to see what they want regarding an essay service, AND they “currently have around a thousand writers” on staff.

Say what? Come on, really?

Are we supposed to believe that Canadian Writings employ a thousand freelance writers? In perspective, an average might be around 10-20 solid, college degree-holding native English-speaking writers. 

AND - they pick the writer for you!

Canadian Writings claims to employ writers from Native English-speaking countries. Considering they do NOT allow you to talk to writers before paying, that is very unlikely.

Plus, they charge you 10% more for a "US writer!" That is a HUGE red flag!

In contrast, Killer Papers only hires USA and Canadian college-grad writers (like me, Katie, Kellie, and Marie), ensuring you get a quality experience.

Canadian Writings Review: Site Aesthetic

Canadian Writings has a decent-looking website; I will give them that.

You see, I aim to be as fair as possible in these reviews, and if there's something that a competitor does particularly well, I am the first to admit it and give them praise.

But, as you can see from this Canadian Writings review, that is the only thing they manage to do even somewhat well.

You see, a nice, flashy website can be had on the cheap by hiring out foreign labor from places like Ukraine or India. While they may be bad at writing, websites sourced from cheap teams in these countries usually aren't half bad.

That's the case here: a flashy exterior and a rotten core.

With that, let's dive into the quality of their writing as a whole.

Writing Quality: How Do They Measure Up?

A quick review of Canadian Writings on SiteJabber shows that they don’t have many reviews, and they are mysteriously ALL 5 stars.

Do you find that a bit suspicious? Yeah, me too.

Canadian Writings has next to no reviews, and the ones they do have look so fake. According to their website, they’ve supposedly helped “thousands of students,” but only six left a review.

That, my friends, is not possible.

Canadian Writings Customer Support & Social Media

Canadian Writings has no social media (yes, we don't count their empty Instagram).

That’s a BIG red flag because in 2024, what business doesn’t have an active social media presence? 🚩

On the other hand, Killer Papers is active on almost every social platform, including TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. We’ve got years of reviews going back to early 2017 - just look up Killer Papers on Instagram, and you’ll see for yourself.

Canadian Writings prices are not exactly cheap, but they’re in line with most other essay-writing companies’ rates. The image below shows the price for a 1-page essay.

There’s not much positive to say about Canadian Writings. I kind of hate when essay writing services try to pass themselves off as American or Canadian but clearly aren’t. Plus, when they claim such crazy things as having a thousand writers but charge 10% more for US writers… that doesn’t sit right with me at all.

Go to their site, look around, and then compare it to Killer Papers - the difference is night and day. I promise!

I STRONGLY advise against working with Canadian Writings.
