Career Moves at Swarovski
At Swarovski, you can expect a world of igniting possibilities in a unique company environment. Brilliance defines us. But we don’t believe in the simple concept of “born brilliance”. It must be created and to support it, we have identified six main types of internal career moves: Leader, Enrichment, Expert, Explorer, Boomerang and Re-alignment.
Behind our crystalline backdrop is a great deal of hard work, know-how, passion, engagement, and cooperation in countless areas of expertise. We reshape the reality and make things happen together. Our employees are at the very center of what we do and offer them a wide range of different career and development options to ensure further development, beginning with on-the-job training and extending to project work, coaching, mentoring, and participation in internal training programs and academies.
Our employees can choose between six different career development options. Some people might experience or choose all six at different points in their career. Many people might only ever choose one. Some people might do two at the same time. It’s the combination of these moves that we choose over our working lives which create our own personal career journey. The moves are different ways to grow - each one offers different benefits for different people depending on their preferences.
