Celebrating The Latest Graduate of The Peak Performance Project...
Happy Monday team.
Mike here.
Today's being quiet overwhelming.
With the competition at the weekend and spending most of yesterday asleep recovering, I can't believe it's Monday already.
In fact speaking of my first competition back, I posted about it today.
Here's the post and the video clip.
Check it out.
Also between me and you it's a little bit too warm for my liking.
Anyway let's jump into today's newsletter, and make the most of the rest of 2023.
Incidentally, speaking of making the most of this year...
Today I'll cover 2 things.
#1
I'm going to celebrate onboarding a new client this morning after having a fantastic conversation and putting a firm road map in place to help this gentleman getting the best shape for his life, find his purpose and put himself first over the next 12 weeks.
Obviously he shall remain anonymous until he says otherwise but at this point to say happy would be an understatement.
We're doing some amazing things here at The Peak Perforamcne Project that's for sure.

Speaking of excitement, welcome the my latest graduate of the peak Performance Project, my friend Mohamed.
Over the past 12 weeks this legend has found his purpose and achieved so much more besides, not just for himself but for his family too, as you'll see in the video.
He signed up to The Peak Performance Project to fulfil a promise he made to his family.
He's now fulfilled that promise, and is a great great guy too.

(You'll love his testimonial video at the end of this week's edition.)
Plus cosmetically he's transformed his physique and dropped over 26 pounds in just over 12 weeks whilst still going on holiday, enjoying family time and having a social life which is (rightly) important to him.
Mohamen showed real grit, determination and both the self awareness and self determination to lead himself and his family on a health journey.
Following the program Mohamed...
Having ended his coaching program today, at least for now, we discussed one amazing quote which I'm going to share before I step to the one side and allow Mohammad to take the main stage...
The quote is this from the amazing Albert Einstein...
"The day you stop learning is the day you start dying"
Something to think about perhaps.
Here's the video. Enjoy.
Happy Monday.
Mike.
PS Congratulations Mohamed for all the hard work you put in your transformation journey buddy. It's been amazing.
