Celebrating Milestones: Completing the Project Cash Flow Report (This time, very fast!)

Dear BIVILLEPM Community,

Today is an important day; I spent just two days preparing the project cashflow report, and I’m happy and grateful to God.

This document template I received from my subordinate (with experience in project cost control) has cost me sleepless nights in the past. It’s one of the reasons why I got overwhelmed and lost a PCM role in the past, and it took me two days just now. To the recipients, it’s normal, but to me, this document took me about two years to actually understand at this level. Every time I prepare it, I feel I deserve more compensation for all these times of failures. I thank my former employer, Rosetti Pivot Ltd , for my increased Microsoft Excel skills and my new method of measuring productivity.

The truth is that I also want to specially thank my current CFO/Account Manager. The good thing is that I also develop CBS Codes and align them with CFO/Account Codes to get to this point in the Project Cash Flow Report. Without her support, I’m lost. I want to thank the management for ARDREND LIMITED for believing in me and permitting the sharing of all this confidential data with me. I bet that you can’t have that anywhere in Nigeria, and I promise to be a good ambassador for your organization.
