Last night, I had the privilege of experiencing one such moment—an exclusive celebration and networking event for New Jersey's top companies and entrepreneurs. This gathering wasn't just an event; it was a testament to the power of community, a reminder of the magic that happens when like-minded individuals come together.

Hosted by myself and James Barrood at the iconic Bell Works, the evening was designed to honor the incredible achievements of our peers and foster connections that transcend the typical business transaction. It was an opportunity to step away from the grind, to look around and realize that we're part of something much larger than our individual endeavors. For someone like me, who once thrived on daily interactions with my team, the transition to remote work post-Covid meant adapting to a reality where those interactions are far less frequent.
