Celebrating Pride Month at PhRMA

At PhRMA, we strive to achieve a culture of inclusivity and equality.

One of our employee resource groups at PhRMA, the Pride Umbrella, hosted a series of events this month to celebrate #PrideMonth and support the LGBTQ+ community.

We gathered for the DC Front Runners Pride 5K, held a breakfast social catered by Three Fifty Bakery (a local LGBTQ-owned bakery) and donated necessities for Pride Place and Baltimore Safe Haven, two organizations in the greater D.C. area that support LGBTQ+ youth through transitional housing programs. The Pride Umbrella also hosted a panel discussion that shed light on health disparities and partnered with our Change Agents ERG to celebrate Black Music Month with a trivia contest.
