The Future of Governance

The board of the future needs less glamour and more grit. We need:

  • Fewer resumes and more real contributions
  • Less focus on prestige and more on commitment
  • Fewer “stars” and more effective team players

The ultimate question isn’t “How impressive is their CV?” but “How much real value can and will they add?”

Trabajé en una multinacional, operadores logísticos con muchas herramientas de información, la qué te imagines. Pero el enfoque no estaba correcto. Quiero decir que: llega un momento en que hay tanta información por todos lados, que terminas mirando y analizando cosas qué ya no tienen sentido. Analiza un Situs y el día a día, luego ya es tarde y perdiste dinero, y sólo te sirve de estadística
