NOTHING TO DO ...

Sometimes, one have the idea to stop and stay on silence for everymore ... But it's not possible! When one fall down it's necessary get up again, It's not easy when you have had and an absurd professional experience; when you are sure that you are a good professional, empatic and with good ideas, apporting new methods. But what happens when you cross on the way this one which don't like new people with judgment and ability of self-learning? This people should be of those, who have not moved from the same company in 40 years. Occurs then that he sells you to people that they known very well and then, if the "lider" is lack of criterium you don't have anything to do ... How to face with it?. How to reoriented yourself? How to understand that I do not aspire to management nothing? I like my work and I only want to improve by myself, in my position! How reorient it.? Sometimes I truly believe that there are companies and peoeple where your possible potential, empathy and self-learning abilitty scares them.
