ELDERLY ABUSE, are you living through it with an ELDER in your family or know of someone who is and do not know how to handle the situation?
One source of information suggests circumstances with laws violated and parties involved be reported to ADULT PROTECTION SERVICE in your county, appearing to be contracted Community Based Organizations; other source suggests circumstances with laws violated and parties involved be reported to COUNTY PROSECUTOR OFFICE and/or COUNTY SPECIAL CRIMES UNIT; and another source suggests circumstance with laws violated and parties involved be reported to your LOCAL POLICE PRECINCT. Additionally, it is suggested that you can also contact your COUNTY ELDER SERVICES DIVISION.

In ESSEX COUNTY NEW JERSEY, after contacting all the above, to expedite investigation of Essex County Prosecutor's Office, it is suggested by ESSEX COUNTY PROSECUTORS OFFICE to attain a POLICE REPORT on the incidents that occurred leading to most recent circumstance, with names of parties involved, dates, incidents and details, laws violated (you can find doing some research online or messaging Angel A. Llerena), and one can only attain this POLICE REPORT by expressing all verbally and/or in writing, to various POLICE OFFICERS whom will ask you the same questions you told the previous POLICE OFFICER in their CHAIN OF COMMAND or their COLLEAGUES, IF, and ONLY IF, a POLICE OFFICER desires to and accepts your statement, to generate a report on your reported circumstance of what you believe an ABUSED ELDER.

If a POLICE OFFICER is reluctant to provide you a report, especially if they DO NOT TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT NOR COURTESY, it was suggested by a POLICE OFFICER to NOT CONTACT INTERNAL AFFAIRS, NOR CHIEF OF POLICE, but instead, ask for the POLICE OFFICER'S SUPERVISOR, following CHAIN OF COMMAND, and if this fails, suggested was to contact COUNCIL PERSON or COMMISSIONER of the WARD and/or CITY wherein SUSPECTED ABUSED ELDER you are trying to assist, RESIDES.
