People tend to fall into three categories when faced with such challenges:
As the saying goes, “coaching isn't a one-size-fits-all solution.” Every individual's journey and thought process is unique, which is why some challenges require coaching while others don't.
If you fall into the first two categories, no one can really help you until you're ready, and you'll remain emotionally and intellectually stuck, living a highly stressful life both at work and home. It's like being in the middle of a war, with the instinct to just run away.

Effective coaching requires a personalized approach because what works for one person might not work for another. For example, people who rely only on their experiences and ideologies to solve problems may not seek coaching. However, those who feel stuck both emotionally and intellectually due to overwhelming challenges often seek external help to move forward.
To overcome any difficult situation, you need guidance and wisdom—someone to provide the clarity and support necessary to move past obstacles, both mentally and emotionally.
Only knowledge can give you the wisdom and freedom you need to empower yourself emotionally and intellectually.
