I have some thrilling news to share with you! Over the past several months, I've been diligently crafting a new culinary experience, in a new domain.

I am delighted to announce that I will be teaming up with the Blue Llama Jazz Club in Ann Arbor, Michigan, to introduce my Afro-Caribbean cuisine to their kitchen, beginning April 17th! This partnership marks an exciting chapter in my culinary journey, and I cannot wait to share it with you.

Drawing inspiration from the vibrant jazz culture and the rich culinary tapestry of Michigan, I've curated a menu brimming with bold flavors and innovative twists. Each dish is a testament to my passion for culinary excellence and my deep-rooted love for jazz music, especially in the kitchen.

In approaching this new venture, I am reminded of the words of Michigan coach Sherrone Moore, who aptly describes the journey in three phases: the process, the pursuit, and the standard. He says, “We’ve already started the process ... we’re hungry for more. The pursuit of greatness ... and that will take you to the standard, and once we continue to win on and off the field, we’ll become the standard.”

Just as Coach Moore and his team strive for greatness on the football field, I am committed to delivering nothing short of excellence in every aspect of my culinary creations.

This expansion of my brand is not just about food; it's about forging connections, embracing the unexpected, and immersing myself in the vibrancy of the Michigan community. I am grateful for the opportunity it presents to connect with new faces, explore new flavors, and create lasting memories.
