The Michelin starred Chef Dominique Gauthier and his team have selected the finest products for your holiday menus. By privileging local producers as much as possible, these menus have been elaborated to celebrate the holidays with passion and generosity.


PRIVATIZE OUR HISTORIC SUITES FOR YOUR FESTIVE DINNERS  

From the end of November to the end of January, celebrate a wonderful gastronomic experience with your loved ones and take advantage of our most beautiful suites with lake views to celebrate the festive season. Among the available spaces, the famous Sissi Suite where the Empress of Austria used to stay during her numerous visits to Geneva. A moment of luxury just for you, where our Michelin starred Chef Dominique Gauthier will create an exceptional menu together with our Chef Sommelier. 

In the intimacy of a historic suite, carefully decorated in Christmas colors, a dedicated waiter will be at your disposal to make your evening unforgettable. Before dinner, let our Chef Sommelier guide you to an exclusive aperitif in the heart of the hotel's historic cellar. 

Maximum 8 people. 

For your comfort, a limousine transfer can be arranged.

ALBERTINE'S SOUNDS OF WINTER

Beau-Rivage Geneva launches its Sounds of Winter concerts every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Albertine's bar. Enjoy a new cocktail specially prepared for this occasion to the sound of a live piano concert. Pianists Imelda Gabs and Artem bring their talent to life on the keys of Albertine's legendary grand piano. Enjoy a classical, jazz or pop atmosphere, comfortably installed in a lounge and festive atmosphere.

Program :

Imelda Gabs, every Thursday and Friday from 6pm to 9pm.

Artem, every Saturday and Sunday from 3pm to 6pm.

The Vanilla-Yuzu Yule log

In this extremely gourmet dessert, the energy of Niels Rodin's Yuzu is softened by a delicate New Guinea vanilla. On the gourmet side, Orfève chocolate is combined with caramel and crunchy pecan, also worked into a creamy texture, to satisfy both the most gourmand and most delicate palates.
