The Coming Of The Lord

The Coming Of The Lord

"And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory." - Matthew 24:30

Pentecost is more than a Feast of Jubilee celebrating the coming of the Lord. It is a double edge sword. Did you know it also symbolizes the great tribulation, the great wrath of the Lord?

“Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.”— Isaiah 13:9

The War of Armageddon is a battle between Jesus and the nations where there will be tremendous blood shed, fires, and pestilence. A battle between good and evil before judgement day. Look at this world in which we live. There can be no peace until Jesus returns to end the evil taking place on this earth.

And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart." - Genesis 6: 5-6

Shame, shame mankind has no shame. Politicians lying to stay in power. People twisting the truth stealing from others for material gain. People lack integrity, dignity they have no principles. These are not the attributes of Christians. People have forgotten God knows all, sees all, he knows your heart and can read you mind. Pentecost commemorates the day of the Lord before all will be judged.

Did you know in that day? "Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:" And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened." - Matthew 24:29, 22

The Feast of Pentecost is a celebration of peace, happiness and joy; eternal life living with Jesus Christ. The "elect" few obedient to God will survive the great tribulation. Yet those unrepentant souls will suffer the wrath of the Lord. What's frightening is people are not listening they're not paying attention.

"For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places." - Matthew 24:7

Pentecost was held on June 12, 2022. It's a Holy High Day celebrated each year in remembrance of what's to come.
